N.A.G. NewsN.A.G. LAUNCHES EMPLOYMENT VETTING SCHEME FOR MEMBERS
The National Association of Goldsmiths is launching a new employment vetting scheme to help members find suitable and honest staff for their high value retail outlets. The scheme, which offers comprehensive employment vetting from just £46.60 per candidate (basic from just £12), will be run in association with Experian and will be available to N.A.G. members.
"Employers and Jewellers, in particular, need to be able to trust their employees especially in the current climate when there are so many other issues facing retailers every day. We hope that this scheme will make things just a little bit easier for our members" said Michael Hoare, the N.A.G.'s Chief Executive.
The vetting, which includes a basic criminal record check, full ID verification and financial screening, is one of the many benefits open to members including a free legal helpline and reduced course fees.
