Our new Management Course is tailored for the needs of proprietors and senior staff and is designed to promote an efficient and profitable business.
Success in retail jewellery management depends on developing skills in organisation, personal and people management.
Topics covered include: appraisal techniques, customer care strategy, handling complaints, leadership and motivation, recruitment and interviewing, delegation and team building.
Participants who complete the programme of studies to a sufficiently high standard are awarded the Professional Jewellers� Management Diploma and are entitled to style themselves PJ Man Dip.

Participants who complete the programme of studies, and whose assignments are judged to be of a sufficiently high standard, are awarded the N.A.G. Management Diploma. Successful candidates will be entitled to use the status of: PJ Man.Dip. (as long as Alumni status is maintained).
JET Management can be commenced at any time of year.
There are no formal entrance requirements although we recommend that you have at least 3 years jewellery industry experience.
